If your order has not yet been processed, we would be happy to make a cancellation for you. On the other hand, if your order has already been processed, we, unfortunately, will be unable to cancel it. You can return your item for a refund or exchange once you receive your order, as long as the order is not a final sale item!

How long will it take for my refund to process?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order within 1-3 business days.
It’s been over 3 business days and I still don’t see the funds back in my account! What do I do?
If you do not see the funds back in your account, please reach out to our customer service team, we would be happy to confirm for you whether your refund was processed or not. If your refund is confirmed as processed, you would then have to contact your bank as they would be able to best further assist you!
